Customer Sends Design Files & Digital Artwork

All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format. Bali Publisher will not be responsible for any color shifts or changes that occur during the conversion from RGB to CMYK.

All artwork, designs, and images must be provided between 200 and 300 DPI in actual size and in CMYK format. Bali Publisher is not responsible for printed images that do not match the received file size or are distorted or pixilated due to the artwork provided by the customer.

Adjustment & Proofing

Bali Publisher is not responsible for the color or ink density matching of the monitor display approved by the customer. The display will only predict the design layout, text accuracy, image proportions, and placement, but not the actual color or density of the printed material.

Coating, lamination, and varnish applications may affect or alter the appearance of printed colors. Bali Publisher is not responsible for the final color appearance of products that have been laminated, coated, or UV varnished at the customer's request.

Order Approval

The customer is fully responsible for any prior agreements and approvals for the printing process. Bali Publisher is not responsible for any errors in the final product caused by any of the following reasons:

  • Typos and Punctuation Errors.
  • Graphic Orientation or Placement and shifts in object position due to different programs when the file is opened.
  • Using the Wrong Font or Typeface and/or Missing Font when opened on a different computer.
  • Wrong placement of crop marks, guide bars and bleeds.
  • Wrong placement of folds in the design.
  • Design size settings in the file do not match the actual ones.
  • Color differences occur due to the conversion from RGB to CMYK, or arise from differences in monitor color profiles.
  • The print output appears blurry because the customer-provided design file has low resolution, the design was resized from small to large, or the measurement units do not match the actual print size.
